Policies
The minimum notice required for a catering order is one full working day prior to the event(24 hours) Minimum of 48 hours prior is preferred. We understand that occasionally you will not be able to pre-plan, so our staff will make every effort to assist you in your needs.
Night events need to have a 2 week notice to accommodate.
A final guarantee of attendance must be provided one full working day prior to your event. This item is required to ensure an adequate staff of attendants and sufficient quantities of food for your guests.
Events or menu items cancelled less one full working day prior to the event will result in a charge up to 25% of the overall cost.
Bill will include a 11.179% state and local sales tax. Any service items (for example: Pans, Platters, Bowls, Etc.) removed from the original delivery locations will be the responsibility of the individual booking the event.
